MCASA today released a new strategic plan that will guide the organization’s programs and services during the next three years. The plan, which was developed over a period of 9 months, includes input from the organization’s 17 member rape crisis and recovery centers, the Board of Directors and staff.
During the development of the plan, the organization reaffirmed that its mission is to help prevent sexual assault, advocate for accessible, compassionate care for survivors of sexual violence, and work to hold offenders accountable. MCASA’s strategic goals fall under five key pillars: Public Policy, Legal Services, Technical Assistance, Education and Infrastructure.
