Getting ready to welcome students back to campus? Kick off the new school year with Sexual Violence Prevention 101.

Get FREE brochures

  1. Be prepared for students to return by ordering your free brochures at the MCASA Online Store now.
  2. Request as many topics as you'd like, from being a responsible bystander to engaging men to prevent sexual violence to having healthy relationships.
  3. Place them in dorms, the student activities office, counseling center, and student union.

Use Speak Up. Speak Out. to spread the word on campus

Speak Up. Speak Out. is an online resource for college students where they can:
  1. Learn more about sexual violence and how they can prevent it
  2. Get fliers to post on campus to spread the word
  3. Take a picture with their flier and share it online
  4. Download fact sheers on how to stay safe online and hoarty safe
  5. Read personal stories of real survivors of sexual violence
  6. Pledge to Speak up. Speak out. and encourage their to as well
  7. Get resources or help if they or someone they know has been sexually assaulted

Use your school's online presence to prevent sexual assault

  1. Share www.speakup-speakout.org on your college's social media accounts. Let students know that this website has tips on how they can help prevent sexual violence on their campus.
  2. Use the Twitter hashtag #speakupspeakout.
  3. Download an online banner to post to your school's website or blog at http://speakup-speakout.org/get-resources
  4. Direct students to MCASA's website, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest for resources.
