The Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee approved Senate Bill 2, the Rape Survivor Family Protection Act, on Tuesday.

Call your senators today and tell them that Maryland needs to give rape survivors access to the courts and to pass Senate Bill 2. Information on state senators and how to reach them can be found here.
Senate Bill 2 will create a court process to allow rape victims who become pregnant from rape to ask the court to terminate the parental rights of the rapist. For more information on the Rape Survivor Family Protection Act, click here.
