Susan B. Carbon, the Director of the Office on Violence Against Women, reviews the Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month events and OVW's hearing before the House Judiciary Committee in February, as well as the 2nd World Conference of Women's Shelters and Women's History Month in March. The director thanks all advocates working to end violence against women.
