Louis Freeh, a former federal judge and director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, has completed his 267-page report on Penn State's role in the sexual abuse committed by Jerry Sandusky. He concludes that the university "repeatedly concealed critical facts relating to Sandusky’s child abuse.”
