FNE-A Didactic Course

This FNE-A training course (47.5 hours) will be 100% live and virtual and will be held one day a week, spanning over 6 weeks (Class Dates: October 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31, and November 7, 2024). Each training day is from 8:00 am - 5:15 pm.

This live, virtual training is an approved Maryland Board of Nursing program and is directed to Registered Nurses who are interested in obtaining their Adult/Adolescent Forensic Nurse Examiner certification. Registration is required and attendees must attend ALL 6 days of the training for completion.

Requirements:

  • $325 fee
  • Access to high-speed internet with a microphone and computer camera
  • Access to attend the training in a private area due to the sensitive subject matter and photos used during the case review presentations

Training Course Includes:

  • FNE-A Didactic training that meets MBON's required minimum 40-hour FNE-A curriculum objectives
  • 47.5 Nursing Continuing Education hours
  • Medical Response to Adult Sexual Assault textbook valued at $110
