MCASA’s 2021 Call to Action

In-person or On-line, Sexual Violence Hurts Survivors
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we work, learn, and socialize. Tech safety and ending online sexual violence are critical to our work.
MCASA’s annual Call to Action highlights accomplishments and challenges in the fight to end sexual assault in Maryland. This year’s event is dedicated to keeping Marylanders safe online and bringing attention to the ways perpetrators use technology to abuse and manipulate survivors.

Join MCASA, survivors, and other activists and learn how we can keep working together to end online sexual abuse and exploitation. We need your help to end sexual violence.

Featuring:

  • Delegate Emily Shetty, of Montgomery County
  • For All Seasons and our joint project 'Protect While They Connect'
  • National Visionary Voice Award Winner Cheryl Banks, of Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Center

Tickets are available at multiple price levels. Sponors will be thanked publicly during the event, if tickets are purchased prior to 12pm on Tuesday, September 14th. All proceeds support survivors of sexual violence.
