MCASA’s 2021 Legislative Reception

Please join the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA) at our Annual Legislative Reception!

Each year at the reception we discuss Maryland's response to sexual violence; MCASA's current efforts in ending sexual violence in Maryland; and the rape crisis centers throughout the state. We will also honor three outstanding Marylanders who demonstrate exemplary leadership and compassion through their commitment to ending sexual violence in Maryland.

The 2021 Visionary Award recipients are:

• Delegate Sandy Bartlett
• Kathlene Hand
• Nadja Cabello

This year’s event will be virtual and held on Tuesday, January 26th, from 6pm-6:45pm. 
Tickets are $20 for MCASA Members, $25 for Non-Members, and free for Legislators.

Like all non-profits, the pandemic is making MCASA's work more challenging. Our direct services are supported mainly by grants, but our legislative advocacy is supported 100% by people like you. If you think MCASA's mission matters, you can help us even more with a larger donation to support our work! All donations made prior to January 25th at these levels include optional recognition at the Legislative Reception and tickets to the event.
