This training is part of a four part Lunch and Learn series for Money Matters. The Money Matters project focuses on the financial impact that sexual assault has on a survivor's financial health, and aims to increase the financial stability and security of sexual assault survivors to support their recovery and prevent future violence. This is achieved, in part, by examining legal remedies available to support survivors' economic empowerment.
Money Matters: Other Legal Remedies will discuss potential remedies available to survivors in criminal law, employment, tort, and education. This training is intended to provide a basic overview of potential remedies, and is intended for advocates and attorneys that practice in other areas of the law.
