FNE-P Didactic Course

The FNE-P training course will be 100% live and virtual and will be held one day a week, spanning over 6 weeks (Class Dates: August 15, 22, and 29, and September 5, 12, and 19, 2024). Each training day is from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 

This live, virtual training (not recorded webinar) is an approved Maryland Board of Nursing program and is directed to Registered Nurses who are interested in obtaining their Pediatric Forensic Nurse Examiner certification. Registration is required and attendees must attend ALL 6 days of the training for completion. 

Requirements:

  • $325 registration fee, due August 9th
  • Access to high-speed internet with a microphone and computer camera
  • Access to attend the training in a private area due to the sensitive subject matter and photos used during the case review presentations

Training Course Includes:

  • FNE-P Didactic training that meets MBON's required minimum 40-hour FNE-P curriculum objectives
  • 46.5 Nursing Continuing Education hours
