Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) is a time to revisit conversations about raising awareness about sexual violence, how to prevent it, and how to support and empower those who are impacted by it. Please join MCASA's Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) Team for our SAKI Lunch and Learn where we will be educating our communities about the Maryland SAKI Project and its connection to SAAM and how Maryland's efforts to eliminate the backlog of untested kits has inspired changes to current practices that will help prevent a future backlog from occurring.
