MCASA’s annual Call to Action highlights accomplishments and challenges in the fight to end sexual assault in Maryland. This year’s event will be virtual and held on Tuesday, September 15th.
In May 2020, amidst the pandemic, the Department of Education released revised Title IX regulations that weaken schools’ ability to respond to campus sexual violence, and create unjust challenges for student survivors and those who want to support them. In light of these harmful changes, MCASA is dedicating this year’s Call to Action to survivors of college sexual assault.
Join us on September 15th for a virtual evening to raise awareness of these dangerous guidelines and to raise funds to keep fighting for the rights of student survivors.
