The Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA) and Baltimore County Police Department are sponsoring a trauma-informed training with nationally-recognized expert Chief Thomas R. Tremblay (Ret., Burlington, VT). This training, hosted by Goucher College, will enhance the capacity of law enforcement to respond to sexual assault crimes. Information presented at this training will include the neurobiological impact of trauma, societal and institutional factors that influence reporting and access, and effective methods for conducting sexual assault investigations.
