MDHTTF OPINE & DINE Summer 2026 Series: Disability Resources

Join the Maryland Human Trafficking Task Force for a free online discussion that will explore how disability intersects with human trafficking!

This event will feature a panel discussion highlighting the intersection of disability and human trafficking. Panelists will explore how individuals with disabilities may face increased vulnerability to exploitation, common barriers to identification and accessing services, strategies for providing accessible and survivor-centered support, and the importance of collaboration between disability service providers, victim service organizations, and community partners.

Following the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a live Q&A to ask questions, share perspectives, and learn more about strengthening prevention, response, and support efforts for individuals with disabilities.

This informal event is your chance to learn, engage in meaningful discussion, and connect with others passionate about awareness, prevention, survivor support, and community safety. Grab your favorite snack, settle in, and join the Maryland Human Trafficking Task Force for this important conversation!
