Join the Maryland Human Trafficking Task Force for a free online discussion on legal services, survivor advocacy, rights, protections, and access to support resources!

This session will feature a panel of legal professionals and advocates discussing the critical role legal services play in supporting individuals impacted by trafficking and exploitation. Topics will include survivor rights, protective orders, immigration concerns, criminal record relief, victim advocacy, access to services, and navigating complex legal systems.

Panelists will share insight into common barriers survivors may face when seeking legal assistance, the importance of trauma-informed legal advocacy, and how multidisciplinary collaboration can strengthen support and long-term outcomes.
