Virtual Campus Training Session #5: What Are My Options? Legal Options and Resources for Student Survivors of Sexual Assault

In deciding what to do after a sexual assault, it is important for students to understand the different options they have available to them, so they can make informed decisions about what is best for them. Join the Sexual Assault Legal Institute’s (SALI) School Policy Staff Attorney, Stephanie Breen, Esq., as she discusses the civil and criminal legal options that may be available to survivors, as well as some non-legal resources that survivors may wish to make use of.

MCASA’s Virtual Campus Training Series addresses sexual violence prevention and response on campus with a survivor-centered focus. Join MCASA staff and guest speakers during this series as we explore important and trending topics impacting student sexual assault survivors.
